We built this beer around three non-negotiables. No shortcuts, no adjuncts, no apologies.

1Roasted malt

Our base malt is slow-drum-roasted on site. It gives every pour that warm amber colour and a biscuit depth you taste before it even hits your palate.

What people ask before the first pint

When does the flagship launch?

We are pouring our first kegs to a small cohort of local taprooms in Q3 2026. Sign up below and we will tell you which handle has HOPWELL before anyone else does.

Is it available in cans or only on tap?

Tap-first. We believe the first experience of a new beer should be on draft. Canned four-packs follow in Q4 once the flagship recipe is locked and the canning line is commissioned.

Is it gluten-reduced?

Not currently. HOPWELL flagship is a traditional barley-malt ale. We are developing a sorghum-based variant for Q1 2027 — sign up to hear about it first.

Where is HOPWELL brewed?

On-site at our 10-barrel brewhouse. We roast our own malt, source whole-cone hops from two family farms, and use the same well water we always have. Every batch is brewed, conditioned, and poured here.
